Universal Presentation Concepts is seeking a bright minded individual for our Customer Service Specialist position within our dynamic Customer Service Department.  Our Customer Service Specialist is a key position in our organization as our "Director of First Impressions" both in person and over the phone.

The schedule for this full-time position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm with the opportunity for advancement.  Pay starts at $14/hour.  

Responsibilities:

  • Handles all incoming phone calls on multi-line phone system for the organization; distributes calls to appropriate staff, takes messages. 
  • Perform work order data entry and ensure accuracy
  • Process daily shipping paperwork, shipment tracking, and other related tasks.  
  • Assist customers over the phone with questions regarding product issues or assembly and take orders
  • Coordinate and perform filing for customer service, accounting and purchasing departments
  • Director of First Impressions - greet and assist visitors.  
  • Monitor and distribute faxes from main fax.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain conference rooms and other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 yr prior experience as a receptionist, data entry or similar office environment.  
  • Pleasant and articulate phone voice.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner, able to retain details
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluent in all Microsoft Office products and data entry
  • Must be able to work independently in an open office environment
